Introduction to the Suburban Wholefoods Blog

Just like the creation of Suburban Wholefoods from a run down and empty factory, the Suburban Wholefoods Blog is starting from scratch.....a clean slate to build off!

The Suburban Wholefoods Blog will be focusing on all things health, with a specific focus on food and nutrition.

Here's our rules though:

  1. We'll speak about "diets" but never advocate one over the other.

  2. We'll speak about exercise but understand that everyone has a preference. For some of you it's to do none! And whilst we'd prefer some, we understand.

  3. Finally, we understand that health and fitness and health and wellness is about levels. That means not everything should be implemented if the basics aren't in place first (Food, Exercise, Sleep and Gratitude).

As part of this blog we'll speak about our own lives, our favourite recipes, blogs, personalities, workouts, activities and much much more.

The idea is to motivate through inspiration which we feel is the best way to inspire others to take control of their lives, and their lifestyles.

Now you’re ready to listen, we're ready to write, that means sharing, commenting, posting and recommending topics you'd love to here about! The journey has now started and we're looking forward to you being a part of it!
